Terms and Conditions

Effective January 1, 2026

Quickset Mobile Concrete Company, mobileconcretecompany.com, service@mobileconcretecompany.com

Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or hire Quickset Mobile Concrete Company for concrete work. By browsing the site, calling us, sending a request through our contact page or accepting an estimate, you agree to them.

If you don't agree with something here, please don't use the site, and talk to us before any work is scheduled. A signed written agreement for your job wins over these terms wherever the two differ.

The services we offer

Quickset Mobile Concrete Company is a concrete contractor in Mobile, AL. We build driveways, patios, sidewalks, steps, pool decks, garage floors, foundations, footings, retaining walls and parking lots, and we do stamped and decorative concrete, foundation raising and concrete cutting. You can read more about who we are on our about page.

What we describe on this site is general information about the trade and how we usually work. It isn't a promise about your job. The scope, materials and finish for your project are set only by your written estimate or agreement.

Some work may need a permit or an inspection from your city or county. Unless your written agreement says we'll handle it, checking whether a permit is needed and getting one is the property owner's responsibility.

Estimates and pricing

We give free in-person estimates with no obligation, because we can't price concrete properly without seeing the site, the ground and where the water runs. Any figure we mention over the phone or by email is a rough idea only.

Your written estimate lists the work, the materials and the price. It stays good for the period written on it, and after that we may need to update it because material costs change.

The price can change if we find something once work starts that nobody could see on estimate day, like soft or wet ground under the old slab, buried debris, roots or old concrete. It can also change if you ask for added work or a different finish. We'll explain the change and get your approval before we do the extra work.

Scheduling, weather and cancellation

We'll give you a start date when you accept the estimate, and we'll do our best to keep it. Concrete depends on the weather, so rain, heavy heat or ground that's too wet to work can push the pour back, and we'll move your date rather than pour in conditions that make for a weaker slab.

Other things outside our control can delay a job too, such as supplier delays, equipment trouble or a permit that's slow to come through. We aren't responsible for losses caused by these delays, and we'll keep you posted on the new date.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us at (251) 219-6382 as early as you can. Once materials have been ordered or delivered, or prep work has started, you may owe for those costs, as set out in your written agreement.

Payment terms

Any deposit, the payment schedule and the ways you can pay will be written in your estimate or agreement before work starts. Final payment is due when the work is finished as described there, unless your agreement sets a different schedule.

If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's made. Alabama law may let a contractor who isn't paid place a lien on the property, and we'll always try to work out a payment problem with you directly first.

Our work, curing and what concrete does

Satisfaction guaranteed. If you're not happy with the work we did, tell us and we'll come look at it and work with you to make it right. Any specific written warranty for your job will be in your agreement, and that document sets what it covers and for how long.

Concrete is a natural material, and it can develop small hairline cracks as it dries and shrinks even when the work is done right. We cut control joints, which are grooves that give the slab a planned place to crack, but no contractor can promise a slab will never crack. Small color differences and surface variations are normal too, especially on stamped and decorative work.

New concrete needs time to cure, which is the wait while it hardens and gains strength. We'll tell you when it's safe to walk on and drive on your new slab. Damage from using it too early, from loads heavier than it was built for, from de-icing salts or harsh chemicals, or from changes to drainage or grading after we leave isn't covered.

Apart from what's written in your agreement and what the law requires, our work and this website are provided without other warranties, written or implied.

Limits on our liability

Quickset Mobile Concrete Company is fully licensed and insured. Our total responsibility for any claim connected to a job won't be more than the amount you paid us for that job, as far as the law allows.

We aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost use of your driveway, lost income or other costs that follow from a delay or a problem. We also aren't responsible for damage to things underground that weren't marked or told to us before work began, like private sprinkler lines, drain pipes or septic parts.

Information on this site is general, and we aren't responsible for decisions you make based only on it. Get your answer for your own property from your estimate.

Sorting out a problem

If something goes wrong, call us at (251) 219-6382 or reach us through our contact page, and tell us what you're seeing. Most problems get fixed fastest when we can come out, look at it together and agree on what to do.

If we can't settle it that way, either of us may take the matter to a court in Mobile County, Alabama, unless your written agreement names another way to resolve it.

Which state's law applies

These terms, and any job we do under them, are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. That's true for jobs in the Mississippi cities we serve too, unless a law there says otherwise for work done on property in that state.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the newest version will always be the one posted on this page. The terms in place when you accept your estimate are the ones that apply to that job.

If you have a question about any of this, reach us through our contact page, or head back to our home page to see what we do.
